| Trademark Filing Requirements:1. Authorization of Agent signed by the applicant, notarized and further legalized up to UAE Consul. General Authorization is sufficient for multiple/ continuous applications. No filling is possible in the absence of the original of this document.2. A set of twenty prints of the mark per class. ( the size of each print should not exceed 6cmX7cm). Trademark Renewal Requirements:1. Authorization of Agent signed by the applicant, notarized and further legalized up to UAE Consul.2. The original Registration Certificate for endorsement. Trademak Assignment Recordation Requirements:1. Authorization of Agent signed by the assignee, notarized and further legalized up to UAE Consul.2. Deed of Assignment signed by both parties, legalized. An English translation thereof, where applicable, is required.3. The original Registration Certificate(s) for endorsement. Change of Name/Address Recordation Requirements:1. Authorization of Agent signed by the applicant, notarized and further legalized up to UAE Consul.2. Certificate of the change of name/address/title/profession of the applicant, legalized. An English translation thereof, where applicable, is required. Licence Recordation Requirements:1. The Registered User's/ Licence Agreement, legalized up to UAE Consul.2. Certificate of Incorporation of the Licensee, legalized up to UAE Consul. Remark: If made in any other language, English translations should accompany the aforesaid documents. |
